Taking place on October 29–31, 2027, the 2027 International Conference on Lithium-Ion Battery and Solid-State Battery (LIB-SSB 2027) is a premier forum focused on advancing next-generation energy storage technologies. The conference will bring together materials scientists, electrochemists, battery engineers, industry leaders, and policymakers to exchange breakthrough ideas and practical solutions shaping the future of high-performance, safe, and sustainable battery systems.
With a spotlight on the transition from conventional lithium-ion to solid-state architectures, LIB-SSB 2027 will delve into advanced cathode and anode materials, solid-state electrolytes, interface engineering, manufacturing scalability, thermal management, recycling technologies, and emerging applications in electric vehicles, grid storage, and portable electronics. By fostering cross-sector collaboration, the conference aims to bridge research, industry, and policy—accelerating the development of next-generation batteries with higher energy density, enhanced safety, and lower environmental impact.

Only original papers will be considered. The manuscripts must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
Authors are encouraged to check the similarity index of their paper before submission. Papers suspected of plagiarism, self-plagiarism, repeated publication, etc. will be rejected without further consideration.
Registered and presented full papers will be included in the LIB-SSB 2027 digital conference proceedings and submitted to major citation databases (including, but not limited to Ei Compendex and Scopus) for review and indexing.
The Best Papers will be nominated by the Award Committee from among the Oral and Poster sessions. The winners of these awards will be announced at the closing ceremony.
